QUEENSLAND MENTAL HEALTH WEEK ACHIEVEMENT AWARDS. IT’S YOUR TIME TO SHINE! |
Nominations are now open for the 2016Queensland Mental Health Week Achievement Awards proudly organised byOpen Minds. The Awards celebrate the achievements of individuals, groups and organisations improving understanding and awareness of mental health and wellbeing.
Its so easy to nominate yourself, your organisation or others for any one of the eight categories, and there is no fee. Simply download and complete the nomination form, or email events@openminds.org.au for more information. • Workplace Award – SME Award nominations close on 5 September, and finalists will be announced by 30 September. Winners will be announced at the Achievement Awards luncheon on Friday, 14 October. Stay tuned for more details in our next e-news. |

There are so many ways to get involved during Queensland Mental Health Week. Events offer a really wonderful opportunity to raise awareness about the importance of mental health and wellbeing in our communities. Why not organise a Fun Run, encourage your local school or sporting club to hold an event, or have a morning tea at your workplace? No event is too big or small!
