It’s effects at reducing stress and improving cellular health and wellbeing is well documented. Adding the benefits of mindful yoga, this one hour class is an immersion into peace and wellbeing.
This forest bathing yoga class combines deep mindfulness and movement while drawing from the beauty of the surrounding forest.
This class has been running for 6 years and is a guaranteed way to start your day with peace, calm and intention. As places are limited, please only book if you can come as it sells out quickly.
This class is paid for as part of the Brisbane City Council’s Active and Healthy program.
