Carer Connection Day | 29 October

Do you need a day that’s all about you? Looking for some tips and tricks to make life easier and whole lot more enjoyable? What about a space to just relax and be looked after? Why not come along to one of our Carer Connection Days held here at selectability House.

This is a day with a program that’s designed to rejuvenate, refresh and relax you so that you can return to your Carer role with a spring in your step and a smile on your face.

Each week we cover different topics and activities. Some of our topics will include Carer Hacks, Meal Planning, Mindfulness, Batch Cooking, Emergency Care Plans and many, many more.

Refreshments are always included and sometimes you’ll even get to help prepare some delicious goodies to share!
