We’ll begin with a pranayama breathing exercise, transition into gentle yoga poses, and conclude with a crystal bowl sound bath meditation.
(Meet behind children’s playground, past the bamboo, water side under tree).
Please bring your own mat. Feel free to bring your own props (bolster/pillow, block/cushion) if desired. As the class is outside, please bring anything that will make you more comfortable – sun protection, insect spray, etc. Good weather conditions dependent.
