On the 8th of October 2024 from 10am to 11am, the group members of the Young At Heart Community Group Poona have been invited to the Poona Progress Community Hall for a mental health discussion. Mark Boon, a retired GP, and Joanne Boon, a retired Credentialed Mental Health Nurse, will talk about mental health and wellbeing. Anyone is welcome to join in. Following the discussion, there will be a morning tea.
