Steps to Wellbeing Challenge 2024

In celebration of Queensland Mental Health Week, all community members in the Metro South Health region are encouraged to sign up to the Steps to Wellbeing Challenge.
The 28-day challenge will run from Monday 30 September to Sunday 27 October 2024.
To be involved, simply form a team of 3-20 people, nominate your team captain and choose your challenge. Track your movement using your personal smart watch, pedometer or phone app and log via the 10,000 Steps website.
You can also choose to participate in optional weekly ‘connect’ challenges for a chance to win bonus prizes!
