Ever wondered what Step Up Step Down does and what’s behind the doors?

We’re opening the doors for everyone to take a look inside and get a glimpse of mental health recovery, what we do and how we do it.  Our staff will be presenting bites of information, along with some short recovery shares from some former residents and the chance to look through the day-to-day program activities and environment.

There will be light refreshments and the chance to ask lots of questions.
