Celebrate Queensland Mental Health Week with us at the Grounding Cafe!
The theme this year is “Connect for Mental Health”, and you can help connect with the community by joining in on our games nights – every Thursday. Research suggests connecting with games and friends reduces cardiovascular disease incidence by 20-30%!
