Pride in Practice – LGBTQIA+ Ally Workshop for the workplace

Inspired Unity and MH (mental health) Services and Training team up to present PRIDE IN PRACTICE, an interactive workshop designed to highlight how to develop practical LGBT+ Ally skills and knowledge to apply as part of mentally safe workplace considerations. El Garland is the Director of  Prydes Support & Inspired Unity training and will be sharing their Queer Folk / Psycho-Social struggles Lived Experience framework and experiences.

El will be co-presenting with Leigh Fraser-Gray, Accredited Mental Health Social Worker and Founder/Clinical Lead of MH (mental health) Services and Training. This workshop combines El’s Lived Experience and Leigh’s clinical understanding of the role neuroscience plays in the area of Difference & Diversity, Equity & Inclusion along with clinical observations of working in Queer space from a trauma-based perspective.
