NCI Mini Mental Health Expo!

Northside Connect Inc is hosting a Mini Mental Health Expo!

10am – 12pm Tuesday 15th October.

We will have our regular food relief program running for our local community.

Alongside this will be guests from mental health-oriented services such as Stepping Stone Clubhouse Chermside, and PHN Brisbane North’s Head to Health team.

Also on the program are chair yoga sessions and art activities.

Come down and get stretchy and creative for mental health!
