Our expert Exercise Physiologists and Physiotherapists from Healthy Connections will guide you through a series of activities designed to enhance your physical and mental wellbeing.
After the workout, unwind with a refreshing tea or coffee while enjoying meaningful conversations with others. Whether you’re new to exercise or a fitness enthusiast, our activities are designed to accommodate all fitness levels. Note that some exercises may involve getting on and off the ground.
