Come along to this free, fun, family-friendly Mental Health Week event!
There’s never been a more important time for you to take care of your mental health and wellbeing – and that of your children. Research shows that individuals who take care of their mental health and wellbeing are 8 times less likely to experience mental illness. Likewise, improving mental health and wellbeing in people who are diagnosed with a mental health condition makes recovery up to 7 times more likely and more effective.
Learn skills to take home to use in everyday life when you feel the stress starting to rise. All in the beautiful surrounds of the sanctuary and with our beautiful herd of therapy horses looking on.

10:00am: Guided Meditation
10:30am: Beginner Yin Yoga Stretches
11:30am: Functional Breathwork
12:15pm: Creative Arts Activity (suitable for all ages)
1:00pm: Guided Meditation

What to Bring
All activities are on the ground, either seated or lying down – whichever is most comfortable for you.
