Ipswich Mental Health and Wellbeing Expo

The 2024 Ipswich Mental Health and Wellbeing Expo will be held on Thursday, 10 October 2024 from 8.30 a.m. to 2.30 p.m. at Riverlink Shopping Centre (East Mall), Cnr Downs Street and The Terrace, North Ipswich.
The aim of the event is to provide an opportunity for people with mental illness, their family and carers and the community in general to come together in a relaxed, non-judgemental space where they can celebrate diversity and recognise individuals’ experiences of mental illness. There will be a range of services and organisations. We anticipate that over 4,000 people will pass through Riverlink on the day.
