Come and have a cup of coffee with cake AND have your voice heard! Share with us your personal story around mental health or homelessness. Have your story recorded by those who are interested and empathetic to your lived experience….and at the same time deliver a message which can help others who may be facing similar challenges.
YOU ARE NOT ALONE!
Podcasts can be captured in audio or video format 5-20mins in length. Your recording will be sent to you so YOU can decide if you want your story to go public (nothing is published at EMU without explicit permission from the speaker).
