Community Connection Mental Health EXPO

In conjunction with Tablelands Mental Health sub-group, ECHO Empowering Services will host a Mental Health Expo with the themes of Collaboration, Connection, and Awareness.
Held in the Community Garden at the Neighbourhood House, we will offer activities for community to access and market type stalls of information from local agencies, organisations, sporting clubs and information for accessing support and programs within the area (inc. opportunities for volunteering)
– Creation activities
– Tai Chi demonstration
– Healthy food examples
– Prizes
– Plant (attendees can take home and care for themselves)
– Cuppa and chat – hear life stories of local senior Australians on supporting mental health.
