Mental Health for Youths

The event is a workshop style session for the senior students of Year 11 and 12. The session will cover:

• Dealing with exam pressure.
• Stress due to meeting the demands of studies and family.
• How to deal with high workload, academic pressure.
• Challenges with teachers and learning difficulties.

The workshop will be conducted by Professor Michelle Hood (Dean, Learning and Teaching (Griffith health)) and Professor Paul Harris (Chair, Griffith University Disability Advisory Committee).
