Have you got your own go-to affirmation? Maybe a mantra you live by or a wellbeing tip that never fails to turn your day around? Submit your own affirmation or wellbeing tip below. Your affirmation may be shared through QMHW channels, or even become part of next year’s affirmation card packs!
