QMHW at Childers Scout Group

Our Joeys will buddy up and take a walk to the local show grounds where they will complete a nature worksheet. Drawing things they see, writing down how they feel and colouring over leaves.

Our Cubs will work on a mindful mat and then participate in a fluffy cloud meditation

And, as always, our Scouts will connect over a game of handball at the end of their session
