WNA are proud to support B.OK ideas and Letters of Hope for Mental Health Week, which is why we’re pleased to invite you on a mission to spread kindness, raise awareness and break the stigma around mental health.
Over morning tea, we’ll be cracking into a special Box of Hope which includes some fantastic self care activities you can do in the room, or take home with you, as well as the opportunity to write a Letter of Hope. These letters will then be provided to Abbii at Letters of Hope, a social enterprise, who will send the handwritten letters to those who are going through a tough time. In 2023, Letters of Hope sent kind words (and helpful mental health support contacts) to 2,000 people and saved at least three lives as a result.
Take some time out this Mental Health Week, do some much needed self-care, and help others while you’re at it!
Tickets include a coffee/tea, as well as morning tea consisting of delicious pastries, sweets and fruits.
