Join me on Wednesday 9 October, yin yoga crew, with a class around decreasing c.o.r.t.i.s.o.l…..the stress hormone.
Cortisol is good for you — in small/measured doses…if you’re in a constant state of overwhelm, burnout of fatigue…these are signs to seek extra support.
At our class during QLD mental health week, we will do some journalling to start with.
Adding activities like journaling, gym, yoga, movement, breathing exercises are ways to help decompress…of course, doesn’t take the place of seeing a trained health professional!! More ideas 💡 for you to consider….as we move into QLD Mental health week and beyond.
How much is the class? $20 (pay via cash, eftpos on the night or book in via Anchor website)
How long is the class? 50 minutes
All people are welcome, no yoga experience required.
