Visit WebsiteKidzArT is a family group session cultivating calm and creativity.
Anna is a registered yoga teacher with Yoga Australia and registered Primary and EarlyChildhood teacher with Qld College of Teachers.
In this session she offers a guided rest which includes strategies for both relaxation and calming, then a storybook is shared followed by a Guided Art session inspired by the main character in the book (mermaids and seahorses).
All Art supplies are included working with black markets and watercolours on A2 watercolour paper.
Please being a pillow and blanket and beach towel or yoga mat for the sleepy guided relaxing sound bowl rest before the storybook ‘Mr Seahorse’’ reading and then the guided ArT.
If you want to …you can wear your favourite T-shirt or dress with mermaids or seahorses or dress up as a mermaid or seahorse.
Please bring a lunch box each to enjoy during painting or after. There is a lovely little beach and park to enjoy at the venue before or after. Should be nice and quiet on the public holiday.
This is for ages 4+ and for both parents/grandparents and children to enjoy together.
$10 adult $10 child
