QiGong is a gentle practice that integrates body, breath and mind, helps reduce stress, improve circulation, enhance mobility, and promotes overall well-being. Suitable for all ages and fitness levels, the movements can be done standing or seated, making it accessible for all.
Liz, a recently retired nurse with 16 years of Tai Chi experience, has studied QiGong intensively and is a passionate, knowledgeable teacher. This is a wonderful opportunity to nurture your mental and physical health.
Session will be followed by a free morning tea and refreshments.
