Mental Health First Aid Course

One in five Australians will experience a mental health problem in any given year. This means it’s highly likely that we all have friends, family members or colleagues who have experienced or are experiencing a mental health problem – whether we know it or not.

The 12-hour two-day Standard Mental Health First Aid course teaches adults (18 years and over) how to provide initial support to adults who are developing a mental illness or experiencing a mental health crisis.

You will receive a Mental Health First Aid Manual, learning materials and resources, access to the online exam to become an *Accredited Mental Health First Aider or a certificate of completion. Includes Morning Tea, Lunch & Afternoon Tea & Promotional bag!
