Connect with yourself, connect with others – Queensland Mental Health Week at Kirwan State High School.

This mental health week is about connection to yourself and others. There will be healthy breakfast, meditation mornings, chill out zone, connection with community mental health provider day, military and first responders’ day, free sausage sizzle.  Headspace guest speakers to present on a youth mental health journey. Therapy animals, art therapy and staff paint and sip.
