Co-op Market Day for Mental Health

Join us for funky shirt Friday during Queensland Mental Health week.

Killarney Co-op is part of CRT, Australia’s largest independent rural retailing group who have partnered with national mental health charity TIACS (This is a conversation starter).

This partnership has provided Killarney Co-op with a new tool to help customers and community with mental health support. Often our employees are a regular touch point for farmers and those working and living in agricultural communities to have conversations about the challenges of life. In rural, regional and remote Australia, customers are not just a business transaction – they’re our mates.

On October 11th, a special market day is being held to raise awareness for TIACS and the great work that they do. Our staff will be donning specially designed Trade Mutt work shirts – the perfect conversation starter.
